PLANT PERFORMANCE REVIEW - HARRIS
Dear Hr. Robinson:
On March 13,
- 1995, NRC managers met to review recent performance at the Harris facility to determine if our present planned inspection effort for the rest of the current SALP cycle should be revised before its end date of March 16, 1996.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you of the results of that review.
At Harris we determined that an additional ALARA unscheduled inspection should be conducted based on recent events which included movement of incore detectors without evacuating personnel from containment, control of high radiation area locked doors and a contamination event outside the Radiological Control Area.
This inspection was conducted on April 10-14, 1995.
Enclosure 1 is a list of all planned inspection activities for the remainder of the SALP cycle which ends Narch 16, 1995.
It is our intent to continue semiannual performance reviews in addition to SALP and advise you of the results.
