On August 19, 1994, Carolina Power Ec Light Company (CPEcL) requested a revision to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Technical Specifications (TS) related to the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS).
By letter dated November 3, 1994, CPS'ransmitted retyped TS pages to reflect the same changes.
On March 22, 1995, the NRC issued Amendment No. 55 to the SHNPP TS to revise TS 3/4.3.3.4, Turbine Overspeed Protection, and associated Bases to be consistent with NUREG-1431.
That amendment independently changes two pages which are currently under NRC staff review from our August 19, 1994 request.
Enclosure 1 provides revised TS pages vi (Index) and B 3/4 3-6 (Bases), which reflect the changes issued with Amendment No. 55, as well as the proposed changes in our August 19, 1994 submittal.
Accordingly, these pages should be substituted for the corresponding pages in our August 19, 1994 request.
Thus, there is no new information provided in the Enclosure.
