WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNIT 1 (TAC NO. M84038)
By letter dated June 29, 1992, Carolina Power
& Light Company applied for an amendment to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1, Operating License No. NPF-63.
The proposed change would have modified the facility,technical specifications pertaining to DC Power Sources.
By letter dated November 23,
- 1993, you withdrew the amendment request because'f schedule considerations and discussions with the NRC.
You indicate that
you plan to submit a new request in the future for the DC Power Source amendment that will be consistent with the Standard Technical Specification Action Statements.
Based on your withdrawal of the amendment
- request, we have determined that no further action on the referenced Tac No. is required.
