(NRC) initial examinations
led by Stephen J. Cahill during the week of January
25,
1993.
These
examina-
tions were administered
to employees of your company
who had applied for
licenses
to operate your Shearon
Harris Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of
the examination,
preliminary findings were discussed
with those
members of
your staff identified in the Examination Report,
Enclosure l.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is included
as Enclosure
2.
A copy of the
Facility Comments regarding the written examination is enclosed
in this report
as Enclosure
3.
The
NRC Resolution of the Facility Comments is included
as
Enclosure
4.
A copy of the written examination questions
and
answer
key,
as
noted in Enclosure
5,
was provided to members of the facility's training staff
at the conclusion of the exam.
Three Generic
Fundamentals
Examination Sections
(GFES)
have
been administered
since the last licensing examination report for the Shearon Harris Nuclear
Power Plant.
These
examinations
were administered
in February,
June,
and
October of 1992.
Your facility did not have
any candidates
who participated
in the
GFES for 1992.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of
