In our let'ter of November 11, 1992, Carolina Power 6 Light Company (CP&L) responded to the Notice of Violation issued with Inspection Report No. 50-400/91-13, dealing with the use of Auxiliary Feedwater during plant startup.
As noted in our original response, full compliance with the Technical Specifications has been
- achieved, but an additional action to submit a, change request to clarify Technical Specifications was planned.
Following additional analysis, it has been determined that a change to Technical Specifications is not required at this time.
Additional changes to Auxiliary Feedwater and/or the Technical Specifications may be pursued at
'a later time as a plant enhancement.
All actions required to address this Notice of Violation have been completed.
