& Light Campany, (CP&L) has reconsidered its previous response to you (letter NLS-91-048, dated February 18, 1991) with respect ta NRC Inspection Report 50-400/90-25 and would like to add the following comments:
Carolina Power
& Light Company will ensure that the annual exsms administered to licensed operators receive appropriate security precautions such that no individual or crew will be aware of which simulatar scenarias will be used during their examination.
Carolina Power
& Light Company will also ensure that licensed instructors will not be examined using the same simulator scenario an which they have previously evaluated or observed other licensed operators during the current annual examinations.
