& Light Company (CPirrL) has received your letter-of October 25, 1991 concerning our July 25, 1991 response to the Notice of Violation issued with Inspection'eport No. 50-400/91-13.
Your letter requests that a
written statement be submitted describing the steps which have been taken to correct the violation, results
- achieved, corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further 'violations, and the date when full compliance will be achieved.
Please refer to our July 25, 1991 response which provides the requested information.
The actions stated in the response remain unchanged except for the date which the Technical Specification Change Request will be submitted.
The new date of submittal is January 15, 1992.
