In accordance with Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5.b and 6.9.2 for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1, Carolina Power and Light Company hereby submits this Special Report.
This Special Report provides the results of the steam generator tube in-service inspections performed during the Harris Plant's third refueling outage in March and April 1991.
