By letters dated September 19, 1990 and January 28, 1991, Carolina Power 6 Light Company requested revisions to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP), Unit 1, Technical Specifications. These revisions concern changes in support of refueling and operations for SHNPP Cycle 4. Enclosure 1 provides the retyped, amendment bar pages for your convenience in issuance. of the proposed Technical Specification change.

Included with these retyped pages are two minor administrative corrections.

The first change corrects an error contained in Amendment 15, which inadvertently deleted a change issued in Amendment 13 to Section 6.9.2 concerning Special Reports. Based on additional NRC guidance, the second change removes a proposed reference which was to be contained in Section 6.9.1.6.2.e concerning methodologies used in the Core Operating Limits Report.
