'RFerguson UNITS 3 AND 4 As discussed with members of your staff, we would like to arrange for a

site visit to the Turkey Point P1ant on October 5, 1984, for Mr. Harold R.

Denton, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.

Mr. Denton would like to take this opportunity to tour the facilities and be briefed on the current Florida Power and Light Company organization, management, plant status and regulatory activi.ties.

We have enclosed a

proposed agenda for the site visit.

Mr. Denton wi.ll respond to any questions and concerns your staff may hve related to the Commission's Policy and the Regulatory process.

We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in this matter.

Please feel free to modify the proposed agenda as you deem appropriate.

Mr. Daniel G. McDonald, the NRC Project Manager for the Turkey Point Plant, will accompany Mr. Denton.
