Good morning David, I have one question regarding your submission: I noticed that you included other RATS IDs (2007-3, 2012-2 and 2012-4) on your cross reference document besides 2015-1 through 2015-5; do you want us to include those as well for review in order to resolve the comments from our previous letter? [External_Sender] Georigia - FINAL Rule Revisions to reflect RATS 2015-1 thorugh 2015-5 Please find attached the Final Rule changes to reflect RATS 2015-1 through 2015-5. All comments made in the June 21, 2017 Regulation Review letter have been addressed.
The official version of the rules were filed with the Georgia Secretary of State on December 20, 2017 and published today (January 3, 2018) on their website at http://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/391-3-17 .
I would appreciate confirmation that the package was received.
