- Programs, AEOD EVALUATION OF COMBINATIONS OF INDIVIDUALLY REPORTED LERS FOR SIGNIFICANCE The enclosed technical review report was intended to evaluate the safety significance of the subject events.
The report concludes that these
- events, each of relatively minor significance individually, were together moderately significant, and the corrective actions taken by the licensee were adequate.
Therefore no further action by AEOD other than monitoring these types of events is required.
