Dear Dr. Murley:
This letter is submitted on behalf of Carolina Power
& Light Company.
On May 5, 1989 North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency (Power Agency) submitted a request for commencement of informal complaint procedures.
In the event there are any meetings between the NRC staff and the complainant, CPI('L desires to attend all such meetings.
Therefore, please advise me of the time and place of any such meetings.
We will be submitting a
written response to Power Agency's letter in the near future.
