Dear Sir:
As a government official who is responsible for citizen health and safety I strongly urge you to NOT grant CP&L an exemption from conducting a full-scale evacuation plan before opening the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.
Only under real life conditions can a plan be truly tested.
So far this has not been done.
I urge you to keep our safety first in mind.
