Dear Mr. Denton:
I am the Medical Director for the Chatham County Emergency Medical Services in North Carolina. I am writing to urge you to insist about a full-scale par ti-cipation drill for testing the evacuation plan for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.
In the face of public citizen's concerns and medical personnel con-
- cerns, anything less than a full-scale drill would be practically and politically damaging to confidence in the plan.
