Dear Harold Denton:
We are writing to ask you to please stop Carolina Power and Light from gaining exemption from the full scale evacuation plan (for its Shearon Harris Reactor) and to please know that we wish the evacuation zone to be expanded to include our community (Chapel Hill) whi.ch is only 25 miles away and that we think an evacuation zone of 100 miles would be more appropriate than ten miles (especially in light of recent accidents in the Soviet Union and the widespread areas of contamination).
We trust you will hear our opinion and act in good faith in conveying our requests to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
