- NRR, titled "tloistuve Content of'ackfill Against Category I structures and of Central Core Material fov the Hain and Auxiliary Dam and Separating Dike."
We concur with the applicant's.corrective action regarding backfill against Category I structures and cove construction for the dams and,dik'e.
Provided that the field moisture control procedures are accepted by IE, we also agree to the resumption of eavthwovk except as discussed below.
1.'he IE Region II inspectors have noted some areas where fill construction has not been within specifications.
If the applicant does not intend to remove all,such'fill and replace it r/ith fill that is within specifications, then the'applicant must submit to llRR the details of the'in place natevials and the design justification fov ouv veview and acceptance.,
This condition applihs to fill alveady in place which now is governed by the revised procedures stated in the referenced le4".ev.

The submittal should -include, but not be limited to:
