Dear Ms. Chen:
By letter dated November 10, 2017 [1], Holtec submitted responses to the NRC staffs requests for additional information. Subsequent discussions with NRC staff indicated that some editorial revisions to that information would help aid in an efficient review. Therefore, this letter contains versions of the HI-STORM 100 CoC and FSAR (Attachments 1 and 2) with all changes from the initial submittal, RSIs, RAIs, and the current supplement marked using track changes. Any changes from other on-going amendments (such as Amendment 11) are included, but not shown as changes.
