Holtec is pleased to submit responses to the staffs requests for supplemental information (RSIs)

[Reference 1] on the HI-STORE Consolidated Storage Application. As stated in our previous letter [Reference 2], this submittal contains the responses to the final three RSIs. All other responses were submitted in October 2017 [Reference 3].

contains the responses to the RSIs. Attachments 2 and 3 contain the affected chapters of the revised HI-STORE SAR, with all changes shown in red text, in both proprietary and non-proprietary versions. These changes are shown from the previously submitted revision

[Reference 3]. Attachment 4 contains Revision 1 of the HI-STORE Environmental Report.

Attachments 5 and 6 contain supporting geotechnical information used in the responses to these RSIs. Attachments 7 and 8 contain proprietary Holtec reports that support the security related RSIs submitted under a separate cover letter. Since a number of the attachments are considered
