Dear Mr. Plunkett:
By letter dated November 12, 1997, we informed you of the results of our review of your actions associated with Generic Letter 95-07, "Pressure Locking and Thermal Binding of Safety-Related Power-Operated Gate Valves" at Turkey Point.
A portion of the safety evaluation was inadvertently omitted from this letter.
Please replace page 4 of the safety evaluation with the attached page.
