On May 10,
1997, the
NRC completed
a safety inspection at your Turkey Point
Units 3
& 4 reactor facilities.
The enclosed
integrated report presents
the
results of that inspection.
During the 6-week period covered
by this inspection,
your conduct of
activities at the Turkey Point facilities was generally characterized
by
mixed performance in operations,
sound engineering
and maintenance
practices,
and excellent plant support activities.
Attention is warra'nted in the area
of operations
self-assessment
and performance -improvements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice."
