Re: Turkey .Point Units 3 8 4 Docket No. 50-250, 5 50-251 I E Bulletin 82-04, Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies We have reviewed the Turkey Point Units 3 8 4 containment penetration design as requested by the subject bulletin, and.have determined that there are no Bunker Ramo electrical penetrations at Turkey Point Units 3 5 4.

Therefore, the bulletin is not applicable.
