Turkey Point Units 3 5 4, Docket No. 50-250 8 251 Proposed License Amendment Emergency Plan Audits and Securit Plan Audits In accordance wi th 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 5 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-31 and 41.
This amendment is submitted to bring the audit schedules in the Technical Specifications in line with 10 CFR 50.54(t) and 10 CFR'73.40(d) as requested by Generic Letters No. 82-17 and No. 82-23 respectively.
The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages:
~Pe e 6-12 The requirements of the CNRB to audit the Emergency Plan and implementing procedures has been modified from once every two years to once per year.
The requirements of the CNRB to audit the Security Plan have been modified from once every two years to once per year.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power
& Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
They have determined that the proposed change does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
