By NRC letter dated August 17, 1989 to FPL, this Implementation Procedure was accepted as proprietary to be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.790.
This Implementation Procedure consists of 40 pages, each of which is marked PROPRIETARY and is Appendix A to this Final Report.
By Enclosure A to letter L-92-239 dated September 9,
- 1992, FPL submitted Piping and Instrument Diagrams and Equipment Lists for Turkey Point Units 3
& 4.
These diagrams and lists are to be used in conjunction with this Final Report.
