"Plant Specific Seismic Adequacy Implementation Procedure to Resolve Unresolved Safety Issue (USI) A-46 and Generic Letter GL)87-02n This document consists of 40 pages, each stamped "Proprietary," and is contained in the bound volume entitled "Final Report February 18, 1992," submitted as Enclosure B with letter L-92-239. It was previously accepted by the NRC as proprietary by letter dated August 17,
