TEMPORARY WAIVER OF COMPLIANCE FOR TURKEY POINT UNIT 3 DOCKET NO. 50-250 This letter acknowledges your letter (L-90-353) dated September 27,
- 1990, requesting a
temporary waiver of compliance from the action statement of Technical Spe'cification (TS) 3.6, Chemical Volume Control System and TS 3.0. 1.
In Order to facilitate repairs to the Unit 3 boric acid filter discharge isolation valve 3-348, you requested a 24-hour period to perform necessary repairs.
We have reviewed your request which included discussions with your staff on September 26, 1990.
A 24-hour time extension was subsequently granted in a
telephone conversation with Region II on September 27, 1990.
