TURKEY POINT RE(UALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 250/OL-90-02 The NRC administered examinations during the weeks of March 26,
- 1990, and April 2,
- 1990, to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examinations and answer keys are included in the report as Enclosure 3.
A requalification program evaluation report is included as Enclosure 4.
The evaluation report finds that the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant requalification program is now classified as satisfactory.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 5.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3, 4, and 5 will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
Enclosure 2 is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
