for the rest of the month.

In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the PORVs or safety valves during the report period.

On January 12, 1993, Unit 2 was downpowered and then taken offline due to high vibration of the 2A1 Reactor Coolant Pump. The Unit remained offline for the rest of the month.
