UNIHPLEHENTED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT TURKEY POINT PLANT UNITS 3 AND 4 On October 19, 1989, the staff i ssued Generic Letter (GL) 89-21 which requested information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (USIs) at your facility.
Based on your response to this GL, dated November 27, 1989 and our review of Agency records and discussions with your. staff, we have'ompiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USI implementation at your facility.
These results were presented to the Commission at a meeting on February 14, 1990.
The enclosure to this letter presents our understanding of the current status of all unimplemented USIs for the Turkey Point Plant Units 3 and 4.
Me encourage your effort to complete the unimplemented USIs.
