TURKEY POINT REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 250/OL-89-02 The NRC administered remedial examinations June 1-2, 1989, to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination
- Report, Enclosure l.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
It should be noted that five additional-individuals took the written examination due to having failed that portion of the facility administered. requalification exam.
These'xams were only co-graded with your facility and results are not included'herein.
Copies of the written examination and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
A Requalification Program Evaluation Report is not included.
Due to the nature of this examination, there was an insufficient sample size and examination scope to make an appropriate determination.
- However, improvements were noted in facility evaluator performance and examination question development.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 4.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3,.
and 4 will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosure 2 is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
