TURKEY POINT EXAMINATION REPORT 250/OL-88-02 The NRC administered examinations on October 17-28, 1988 to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the operating tests were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Enclosure 3 summarizes simulator performance deficiencies observed during conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
