20515 Dear Congressman Fascell:
go I am pleased to respond to your April 9, 1987, request in reference to cor-respondence from your constituent, Ms. Joette Lorion of the Center for Nuclear Responsibility to Mr. Daniel G. McDonald, Senior Project Manager, Project Directorate II-2, Division of Reactor Projects-I/II.
Ms. Lorion's letter dated'arch 30, 1987, (Enclosure
- 1) requested that she be placed on the service list to receive all correspondence, documents and NRC inspection reports regarding the Reactor Coolant System (RCS) leak at the Turkey Point Plant, Unit 4.
Mr. McDonald has responded to Ms. Lorion's lette'r (Enclosure 2).
Ms. Lorion is currently on the Point service list which assures that all correspondence issued by the Office o Nuclear Reactor Regulation will be sent to her.
Ms, Lorion further requested that she receive all inspection reports and licensee correspondence relating to the RCS leak.
This information is available in the local Public Document Room.
- However, she requested that the information be provided to her on an expedited basis.
We indicated in our response that we would make every effort to provide all the docketed correspondence directly.
