Administrative Limiting Condition of Operation (LCO) on the Turkey Point Plant Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG)
Reference:
TAC Numbers 64839 and 64840 By letter dated March 4, 1987, you requested our concurrence for a one-time extension of the interim administrative 7 day LCO on each of the two EDGs to 14 days during the current Turkey Point Unit 3 refueling outage to perform extensive maintenance.
Your letter dated April 3, 1987, indicated that the LCO extension is
~unnecessary due to the unplanned shutdown of Unit 4 concurrent with the Unit 3 refueling outage.
Accordingly, your request for the LCO extension is withdrawn.
This letter closes out our action related to the above referenced TAC numbers.
