SELECT SYSTEM ASSESSMENT DECEMBER 1986 PROGRESS Reconstitution of Desi n Basis juno Plant Engineering task force comments on the draft versions of the reconstituted design bases were received and incorporated where appropriate.
Reissuance of the reconstituted design bases for formal JPE review occurred December 14th.
Preparation and issuance of the Chemical and 'Volume Control System (Emergency Boration) draft reconstituted design basis continues on schedule for a 2/2/87 issue.
Note the change from 2/I/87 which is a Sunday.
Walkdowns One hundred of three hundred and six small bore piping and tubing walkdowns are complete.
Eighty-nine of one hundred and eighty breaker list walkdowns are complete.
Ninety-nine of one hundred and fifty-one P8 ID walkdowns are complete.
SEG Com rehensive Review The SEG Phase II report was issued for review and comment on December I,
1986.
Coments were received and incorporated as appropriate.
The final report was issued on December 22, 1986.
Each open item identified will be pursued to resolution as appropriate.
Other Si nificant Pro ress Completed modifications to AFW steam trap drains.
Completed AFW control panel wiring modifications.
Completed modifications to AFW trip and throttle valve position indication.
Revised procedure on Emergency Filters.
