1983, and November 1, 1983, you submitted your responses to Supplement 1 to NUREG-0737, Item 1.D.l "Control Room Design Reviews," for the Turkey Point Plant.

The staff reviewed your submittals and documented the results in a draft Safety Evaluation (SE) dated February 2, 1984.

The draft SE identified areas of concern, additional information needed and recommended that a pre-implementation audit be conducted at the Turkey Point Plant site.

The audit was conducted during April 2-6, 1984.

Results of the audit were transmitted to you by letter dated May 10, 1984, indicating the need for a Supplemental Summary Report to address our.concerns identified during the audit.

You submitted this report on April 1, 1986.

The staff, with the assistance of our contractor, Science 'Applications International Corporation (SAIC); reviewed your Supplemental Summary Report and the additional information provided in letters dated September 3 and Dec'ember 11, 1986.

Based on our review, we have concluded that you have-conducted a comprehensive DCRDR program for the Turkey Point Facility which satisfies the requirements of Supplement 1 to NUREG-'0737, Item 1.D.l and is therefore, acceptable.
