OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL (ODCM) REVIEW - TURKEY POINT 3 8I 4 By letter dated July 24, 1984, you requested review and approval of the OCDM for Turkey Point Plant Units 3 and 4.

The review and approval is necessary in order for FPL to comply with the required implementation date for the previously issued Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS).

The staff is currently reviewing the ODCM and have identifeid errors and inconsistencies in the submittal.

The concerns are identified in the enclosure to this letter.

The enclosure has the ODCM printed on the right-hand side with our concerns identified on the left-hand side.

We request your response to these concerns within three weeks from receipt of this letter in order to meet our review schedule and the required implementation schedule for RETS.

The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
