Me have received a copy of the following applications which were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review in connectfon with the Turkey Point Plant Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with these requests.

A Ju'ly 24, 1984 letter which transmitted an Offsfte Dose Calculation Manual for Gaseous and Liquid Effluents.
2.
A July 26, 1984 request for exemption from the annual exercise require-ment of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
-.Since these applications were filed after the June 20, 1984 effective date of the revision to 10 CFR 170 on fees, they are subject to the provision of the revfsed rule.
This rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other requests.
Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required application fees of $300 for your July 24 and July 26 requests.
