Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4
Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Di st ributi on S stem Volt a es Our letter L-84-25 dated January 31, 1984 provided revi.sions to our proposed license amendment associated with the review of adequacy of station electric distribution voltages at Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.
Attached are further revisions to Table 3.5-2 and Table 3.5-4.
Table 3.5-2 is revised to add a requirement that allows single channel operation of the undervoltage devices on the 480V load centers, only if the inoperable channel is pl aced in the trip condition.
In this revision, the Instantaneous Setpoints for the 480V load center undervoltage devices are raised five volts on Table 3.5-4 (Sheet
- 2) to correct previously transmitted values.
The actual settings on these relays,,which had previously been installed on Unit 3, were reviewed and determined to be within the designated tolerances of the corrected design setpoints.
