WITHDRAML REQUEST-SPENT FUEL STORAGE FACILITY EXPANSION FOR TURKEY POINT PLANT UNITS 3
& 4 This letter is to acknowledge your request dated October 31, 1983, to withdraw the July 15, 1983 Amendment Request and accompanying Safety Analysis Report for the spent fuel storage facilities at the Turkey Point Plant.
Your initial submittal indicated that vendor specific information necessary to arrive at a Significant Hazards Consideration determination would be provided by November 1, 1983.
However, in your withdrawl request you indicate that the purchase order award has been significantly delayed, the initial submittal cannot be revised by November and that a
new request and complete submittal is currently scheduled for March 31, 1984.
Based on your request, we have ceased all action on your proposed amendment and have closed out this item.
