He have received a copy of your application dated August 19, 1983, which.was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes to increase F~H limits in support of the reactor vessel flux reduction program for the Turkey Point Plant Unit Nos.

Although your application stated a Class III fee ($4,000) and a C'Iass I fee ($400) would be forwarded under separate cover, these fees have not been received by us.
The ONRR staff agrees with your fee determination that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee
($400) are appropriate since the review vigil'l involve consideration of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit.
Therefore, you are r,'equested to remit=the sum of $4,400 to this office. If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not appropriate, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
