Me have received copies of the following applications which your Company filed.with the Division of Licensing (DL) for review of Technical Speci-fication (TS), changes for Turkey Point Unit Hos.

3 and 4.

Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22,were not remitted with.these appl.ications..

l.

Hay 5, 1983 request for deletion of terrestrial and other monitoring programs from the TS,. and 2.

June 3. 1983 request for Optimized Fuel-Assembly and.'Met Annular Burnable Absorber.

The DL staff has completed preliminary fee reviews for the above appli-cations.

Based on information provided as a result of these reviews, it has been determined that each applica'tion will involve consideration of a single safety issue.

Therefore, two Class. III and two Class I fees are appropriate for them. It is requested that your Company remit a sum of

$8,800 to our office. If the DL staff's final reviews-reveal that these fees are pot correct, you will be.notified. and any necessary adjustments will be made.
