OF MEETING HELD WITH FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY (FP&L)
TO DISCUSS FINDINGS'URING OPERATOR LICENSING EXAMINATIONS A meeting was held at Region II on March 29, 1989, to discuss the status of findings made during recent operator licensing requalification examinations.
The licensee outlined their proposal to shut down Unit 3 to allow for reconstituting the shift crews and provide them with additional team training.
The licensee's proposal and schedule were reviewed.
The NRC staff stated their intent to monitor these evaluations.
An attendance list from the meeting is enclosed.
