During the monthly Residual Heat Removal Pump (RHR) inservice test, seal leakage in the 3A RHR pump resulted in the pump being declared out of service.
The unit was shut de and the 3A RHR pump leaking seal ms replaced srith a spare shaft seal.
The outage was further extended to repair the pressurizer heaters and replace electrical generator rotor.
