While the unit was at reduced

power, a leak in the 4A condenser waterbox was repaired, and the unit returned to full power operation.

The unit was shutdown due to reactor coolant leakage caused by a leaking flange on an unisolable pressurizer spray line.

The leak was repaired.

The unit remained shutdown for an additional period to investigate and repair a leak found on the spent fuel pool cooling pump and associated vent valve.

The unit was then returned to full power operation following a hold at 30%

51.0 LER 250-88-9 IA RELAYX Unit 4 was automatically tripped du to an actuation of the B steam generator low-low level reactor tri circuitry.

An investigation into the cause of the" actuation was conducted.

While the unit was shut down a leak in an oil plug in the turbine control side of the A

turbine stop valve was discovered.

This leak was repaired and the unit returned to full power operation following several holds for secondary side chemistry, turbine control 'valve testing, B main feedwater pump maintenance, and rod position indication adjustments.
