An error
has
been
found in paragraph
10 (pages
18 and
19) of the subject
report.
The
Turbine Operator's
log readings
taken
on July 15,
1987,
were
initiated at 5:00 p.m.
as required
by procedure.
However,
due to the length of
the logging activity, the auxiliary feedwater nitrogen bottle readings
were not
obtained
until
approximately
7:30
p.m.
The
discrepant
nitrogen bottle-
alignments
were identified at approximately
7:30
p.m.
on July 15,
1987.
The
Turbine Operator
who identified the
misalignment expeditiously
brought the
issue to the attention of his supervisors.
The Turbine Operator identified the
discrepancy
while taking his
5: 00 p.m.
log readings,
not his
9: 00 p. m.
log
readings.
This error
does
not affect
any of the findings of the report.
