The intent of this meeting is to enhance communications and improve day-to-day business between our organizations by discussing, in an informal atmosphere, topics of mutual interest relevant to licensing.

I have enclosed for your review and coment a proposed agenda.

This agenda was developed based on informal conversations between our staffs in which topics of interest for the upcoming meeting was discussed.

I welcome any suggestions you may have either for additional agenda items or for the meeting format.

The meeting has been scheduled at 9:00 a.m.
