examinations

of procedures

and

representative

records,

interviews with personnel,

and observation of activities

in progress.

findings indicate that certain activities violated,

NRC require-

ments;

however,

as

a result of the current

NRC policy statement

on training

and

qualification of nuclear

power plant personnel,

these
