Turkey Point Site Visit Regarding Wrong Un'it/Wrong Train Events Enclosed is a copy of the NRC staff's trip report relating to wrong unit/
wrong train events which was conducted on November 21 and 22, 1985.
The visit was conducted as part of the short term effort to determine whether simple low cost improvements can be identified and implemented to reduce the frequency of wrong unit/wrong train events occurring at nuclear power reactor facilities.
The trip report is provided for your information and no response is required.
