Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-25 I Proposed License Amendment Inservice lns ection Pro ram On April 2, l984, FPL submitted a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License, DPR 3 I and DPR 4I to reflect revised lnservice Inspection (ISI) and Inservice Test (IST) Programs in accordance with IO CFR 50.55a(g)(5)(ii).
On October I I, l 985, in order to expedite issuance of the ISI part of the amendment, FPL withdrew the proposed changes dealing with operability/surveillance requirements referencing the I ST Program.
The October I I th letter included a
proposed change to specification 4.4.4, Residual Heat Removal System, that is IST Program related.
That change (page 4.4-3) should not have been included with our October I I th submittal.
Accordingly, we withdraw page 4.4-3 from the requested amendments.
In addition, we have the following editorial comments on our October I lth submittal:
(I) pages B4.2-2 through B4.2-I4 are deleted instead of pages B4.2-3 through B4.2-I4 as stated in the letter, and (2) the sidebar on page 4.l-l should only indicate that Technical Specification 4.0, Surveillance Requirements, was deleted.
There were no changes to Technical Specification 4.I, Operational Safety Review. A corrected page is attached.
