DPR-41 for the Turkey Point facility and to the discus-
sion of our findings held with Mr. H.
E. Yaeger, Site Manager, at the conclusion
of the inspection.

during
the
inspection
and
our findings
are

in the
enclosed
inspection
report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection
consisted
of
selective
examinations
of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection,
no violations or deviations were disclosed.
We
have
examined
actions
you
have
taken with regard
to previously identified
enforcement matters
and unresolved
items.
The status of these
it'ems is discussed
in the enclosed report.

with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosures will

Room unless
you notify this office,

telephone,
within ten
days
of the
date
of this letter
and
submit written
